DT: THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD RANGER AND THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A MAJOR ACCIDENT IN THE FRONT END. UPON IMPACT, THE DRIVER'S AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE SPEED AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT WAS AROUND 35-40 MPH. THE PASSENGER'S AIR BAG WAS TURNED OFF. *AK *SC
