WHILE OPENING THE TAILGATE BOTH TAILGATE SUPPORT CABLES BROKE. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE TAILGATE SUPPORT CABLES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
