Consumer Description

GM SPECIAL POLICY 06020 TAILGATE SUPPORT CABLE REPLACEMENT. I OWN A VEHICLE IN THE YEARS COVERED UNDER THIS RECALL. GO CHEVROLET IN DENVER COLORADO REFUSED TO FIX THIS AS THEY STATED I DID NOT QUALIFY. IN SHORT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WAS WILLING AND IS GOING TO FIX THE ISSUE FOR FREE UNDER THE RECALL. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT GO CHEVROLET MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE NOT TRAINED OR NOT WILLING TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT TO FIX A DEFECTIVE PART AS THEY ARE WORRIED THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I HAVE ALSO FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE DEALERSHIP. SINCERELY, PAT *TR
