THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO DEALER AND THEY CANNOT FIND DEFECTS. THE MANUFACTURE HAS STATED THAT THEY WILL HELP. THE CONSUMER STATED "THIS IS AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE, AND HAS BEEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR THIRTEEN DAYS". *NM
