Consumer Description

VEHICLE WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. THE MFR. WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER BECAUSE THERE WERE NO PARTS TO REPAIR IT WITH. DEALERSHIP DOES NOT KNOW WHEN THE PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REPAIR. *JB THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER IN APRIL BUT AS OF MAY 17 NO NEW CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS AVAILABLE FROM GM TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE ONE. *NM
