IGNITION INTERLOCK PROBLEM. KEY CAN BE REMOVED WITH CAR PARKED IN NEUTRAL. CAR WILL ROLL IF ON A HILL. VERY DANGEROUS. THIS HAS BEEN SUBJECT OF A RECALL, BUT HONDA WON'T FIX MY CAR BECAUSE IT IS NOT IN THEIR VIN RANGE. THIS SHOULD BE REPAIRED UNDER THE EXISTING RECALL , BUT THEY REFUSE . *JB SEE ODI 10054990. *DSY
