THE CONSUMER NOTICED THAT THE REAR SEAT HAD NO HEAD RESTRAINT. IF THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A REAR END ACCIDENT THE PASSENGER WOULD HIT THE REAR WINDOW AND COULD POSSIBLY DIE. THE DEALER STATED SORRY BUT THIS IS THE WAY THE VEHICLE WAS MANUFACTURED. *NLM *MR
