Consumer Description

WHILE DRIVING 65-70 MPH, THE LEFT REAR TIRE EXPERIENCED A BLOWOUT (AFTER MARKET EQUIPMENT INSTALLED AT 13,000 MILES, TIRE SIZE 265/70R17, DOT# UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME). THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO SKID OUT OF CONTROL, INTO A WHEAT FIELD. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED DAMAGES TO THE FRONT END AND BOTH FRONT FENDERS. DEALER WAS NOTIFIED. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION ALONG WITH THE DOT# AND COMPLETE THIS QUESTIONNAIRE. *JB
