WHEN SOMETHING WAS TOWED ON THE VEHICLE'S HITCH, IT BOUNCED UP AND DOWN WHICH CAUSED THE UTILITY TRAILER TO BE LOST WHILE DRIVING. *JB RECEIVER HOLE IN HITCH NEEDED TO BE DECREASED IN SIZE. *TT *JB
