I AM CURRENTLY INVOLVE IN A DISPUTE WITH FORD MOTOR COMPNY REGARDING REPAIRS TO MY 2002 FORD EXPLORER. IN BRIEF, THE TRUCK WAS DIAGOSED BY FORD WITH INTERNAL ENGINE FAILURE, FORD CLAIMS THAT SENT THE TRUCK TO THEM WITH (5) FIVE QUARTS OF OIL MISSING, I HAVE DOUCUMENTATION SHOWING THAT FORD DID THE LAST OIL CHANGE WITHIN THE TIMELINE OF MAINTANENCE AS PER FORD MAINTANTIENCE MANUAL. FORD IS CLAIMING THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFULL AMOUNT VERBALLY ESTAMATED AT $5000.00.
