2011 MONACO MONARCH MOTORCOACH. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO INOPERABLE WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM SAFETY RECALL. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED WHILE DRIVING. THE MANUFACTURER CLAIMED THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER RECALL BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER BUT, COULD NOT PRODUCE THE PAPER WORK. UPDATED 06/06/2017*JS
