Most Recent Complaints

Trim panel affixed to roof blew off during travel. The panel was not attached to the roof very well - the glue used to attach it in the manufacturing process failed. The part is Winnebago part number 329370-01-CHT. Part description: PANEL-TRIM, FRT CAP, LH. The failed part could easily have caused severe injury to another driver. The problem is a known issue that has been reported by hundreds of View owners. The part has not been inspected by anyone of the entities listed in the bullet point of your General Guidelines. There was no warning preceding the failure.
#11646365 | UNKNOWN OR OTHER | | N/A miles
Equalizer front stabilizer jacks become loose after repeated usage. If not corrected, they will eventually bend enough that they break creating an unsafe condition if the RV falls while elevated. Repairs were performed on my rig where an upgraded bracket was installed. The Equilizer 3724R and 3729R brackets replace the inferior 335586 and 335589 brackets. From what I can tell, Winnebago installed these Equalizer jacks as an option on several Mercedes Chassis’s over a number of years.
#11609780 | STRUCTURE:BODY | | N/A miles
Glass on main cabin door became loose while driving on the interstate (08/10/2024) and we had to duct tape it on to prevent it from completely coming off. Called Winnebago on 8/20/2024 to report it and to obtain repair advice.
