Defect: A WIRE FROM THE STOP LAMP SWITCH TO THE SPEED CONTROL AMPLIFIER IS MISSING. THIS WIRE SENDS A SIGNAL TO THE CRUISE CONTROL TO DISENGAGE WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: WHEN THE CRUISE CONTROL IS ON AND THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED, THE CRUISE CONTROL WILL NOT DISENGAGE. THIS CAUSES THE AMBULANCE SPEED TO REMAIN CONSTANT, CAUSING POOR...
Remedy: INSTALL REDESIGNED WIRING HARNESS WHICH INCLUDES MISSING CONNECTION.
