Recall 92V151000 — FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS

Defect: THE LPG PIGTAIL HOSE WHICH CONNECTS TO LPG BOTTLE AND LEADS TO THE LPG REGULATOR CAN SEPARATE AT THE CRIMP THAT CONNECTS THE BRASS PETROLEUM, OIL, AND LUBRICANTS (P.O.L.) NUT TO THE FLEXIBLE GAS HOSE.
Consequence: HOSE SEPARATION BETWEEN THE BOTTLE AND THE REGULATOR CANCAUSE UNRESTRICTED FLOW OF LPG AND RESULT IN FIRE NEAR A SOURCE OF IGNITION.
Remedy: REPLACE THE TWO PIGTAIL HOSES ON EVERY VEHICLE.
