Defect: WELD CRACKS AND AXLE FRACTURES COULD OCCUR DUE TO INCOMPATIBILITY OF NEWAY RC 122 SUSPENSION AND ROCKWELL AXLES.
Consequence: CRACKS COULD LEAD TO COMPLETE FAILURE OF AXLE BEAM;VEHICLE HANDLING WOULD BE IMPAIRED.
Remedy: REPLACE ROCKWELL AXLES WITH AN APPROVED ALTERNATIVE.
