2024 VOLVO XC60 Power Trainautomatic Transmission Problems

The contact owns a 2024 Volvo XC60. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the transmission intermittently failed to shift once the vehicle was shut off after it was already on for a long period of time. No warning light was illuminated however, the infotainment screen and the dashboard darkened. The failure occurred on several different occasions. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to get a diagnosis; the dealer stated that the failure cause was unidentifiable. The vehicle was not repaired.
