Defect: VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: SCHOOL BUSES UTILIZING 39" SCHOOL BUS PASSENGER SEATS. THESE VEHICLES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 222, "SCHOOL BUS PASSENGER SEATING AND CRASH PROTECTION."
Consequence: THESE VEHICLES DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS STANDARD.
