Defect: SEAT FRAMES DO NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE PROTECTION IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT. THIS CONSTITUTES A NON COMPLIANCE TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 222, "SCHOOL BUS SEATING AND CRASH PROTECTION".
Remedy: THE SEAT FRAMES WILL BE REPLACED WITH HIGHER QUALITY STEEL SEAT FRAMES ON ALL INVOLVED VEHICLES.
