IN ADDITION, THE FRONT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER FAILED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 00840677. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,000.
