2020 TRIPLE E RV WONDER Suspension Problems

The contact owns a 2020 Kendon Industries Dual Trailer. The contact stated that while pulling the axle hubs to verify that they were greased, the contact noticed that the passenger's side and driver's side axles' castle nuts were defective. The contact stated that he was a mechanic, and the contact noticed that the axles' castle nuts failed to thread square and were threaded at an angle. The contact stated that the axles' castle nuts failed to come into contact with 360 degrees of the bearing surface and only came into contact with approximately 170 degrees of the bearing surface. The contact stated that the failure was more significant on the passenger's side of the trailer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and requested the VIN and pictures of the defective parts.
