TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA YARIS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY FAILED TO TURN FROM THE ON POSITION TO THE START MODE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 102,000.
