TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 TOYOTA RAV4. WHEN THE IGNITION KEY WAS INSERTED INTO THE IGNITION, AN ABNORMAL NOISE EMITTED FROM THE VEHICLE AND IT FAILED TO START. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES.
