The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. The contact stated while driving 15-20 MPH, the vehicle unexpectedly stopped. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact attempted to restart the vehicle several times. After the failure, the engine and brake warning lights illuminated. The contact called the local dealer and was informed to hold the key fob near the ignition. The contact turned on the hazard lights and called AAA, who towed the vehicle to the local dealer. The dealer determined there was no input and the vehicle failed to communicate. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.

The contact stated while driving approximately 45 MPH, the contact depressed the brake pedal with force due to a traffic slow down, and the vehicle stalled while depressing the brake pedal. The contact was coasting and placed the vehicle in neutral(N) and attempted to restart the vehicle and the vehicle failed to start. The contact coasted to the center turn lane and stopped the vehicle, shifted into park(P), and restarted the vehicle. The contact was unaware if there were any warning lights illuminated.
