TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 TOYOTA COROLLA. WHILE DRIVING MORE THAN 32 MPH, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO HEAR THE LANE DEPARTURE ALERT. CONSUMER ALSO STATED SAME WARNING SOUND IS MADE IF A DOOR IS AJAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LANE DEPARTURE WARNING INDICATOR WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO GLEN TOYOTA (LOCATED AT 23-07 MAPLE AVE, FAIR LAWN, NJ 07410, (201) 791-3800), BUT THEY COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
