THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE VEHICLE AND THE PCV VALVE HAD NOT BEEN PUT BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL LOCATION. OWNER WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD A HOLE THE SIZE OF A FIST IN HIS ENGINE, AND THE ENGINE WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. OWNER HAD THE OIL CHANGED FOUR DAYS EARLIER AT JIFFY LUBE AND HAD NOT EXPERIENCED ANY PROBLEMS PRIOR TO THE VISIT.
