(1) BREAK IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, BREAK LIGHT IS SHOWING, AFTER ADDING FLUID LIGHT DISAPPEAR AND FUNCTION AFTER SEVERAL PUMPING, PUSHING OF THE BREAK DOWN AND RELEASING TOWARDS UP. SEEMS LIMITED FRICTION TO FUNCTION THE BREAK. WENT TO MECHANIC SHOP, WAS UNABLE TO DETECT, RATHER FILLED WITH BREAK FLUID AND INJECTED BREAK FLUID THROUGH PHYSICAL PUMPING TO THE BREAK. WORKS UNTIL FEW MILES DRIVE , AFTER THAT BREAK FLUID LEVEL START FALLING DOWN AND BREAK START TO LOOSE ITS FUNCTION. AFTER NUMEROUS PUMPING BREAK WORK LITTLE BIT, BUT AGAIN TURN BACK TO NON FUNCTIONING/ ALMOST UNABLE TO STOP / TAKE DISTANCE TO SLOW DOWN. BREAKS SHOES, PAD APPEARS TO HAVE THEIR STRENGTH/ THICKNESS AS PER MECHANIC, HOWEVER BREAK IS NOT FUNCTIONING . THIS CONDITION OF OUT OF ORDER/ NON FUNCTIONING BREAK EXPERIENCE WHILE CAR IS SITTING IDLE/ IGNITION ON, WHILE ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE LOCALLY, CITY ROAD(S). (2) THE ENGINE IGNITION...
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1993 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHAKE. APPROXIMATELY TWO MINUTES LATER, SHE NOTICED FLAMES COMING FROM THE HOOD. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE AND THE DEALER HAS NOT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THE FIRE DESTROYED THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 127,000.
