THE HEADLAMPS ON THE TOYOTA 4RUNNER HAVE A DEFECT IN THE UV COATING (SEE TSB-0081-12). THE ACCELERATED DETERIORATION OF THE HEADLAMP CLARITY CAUSES A SIGNIFICANT DECLINE IN THE LIGHT OUTPUT OF THE HEADLAMPS. THE DETERIORATION OF THE LIGHT OUTPUT IS A SAFETY ISSUE. *TR
