These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or excessive force may be needed to activate the extinguisher. Consequence: In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 THOR OUTLAW MOTOR HOME EQUIPPED WITH MICHELIN TIRES, SIZE: 23580R22.5 (NA). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE BURST WHILE ADDING AIR. THE TIRE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE TIRE WOULD HAVE TO BE TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. THE CONTACT TOOK THE TIRE TO THE AUTHORIZED DEALER AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE SIDEWALL DAMAGES COULD NOT BE COVERED THROUGH WARRANTY. THE VIN, TIRE LINE, AND VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WERE UNKNOWN. THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,400.
