TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 THOR HURRICANE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AWNING MATERIAL WAS DEFECTIVE. THE AWNING FABRIC RIPPED AND THE SLIDE OUT RELEASED INDEPENDENTLY. THE DEALER REPLACED THE SLIDE OUT MECHANISM, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000.
