The brake pedal was applied but failed to respond and the steering wheel seized. The contact stated that several unknown warning lights flickered and lost power. The vehicle was able to restart and drive to the residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 13V265000 (Electrical System).
