Defect: Supreme Corporation (Supreme) is recalling certain 2014-2018 Service Body vehicles built on a Ford Transit chassis. The vehicles may lack the required padded trim that protects occupants from head impact. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 201, "Occupant Protection in Interior Impact."

Consequence: In the event of a crash, there is an increased risk of injury, due to the missing padding.

Remedy: Supreme will notify owners, and dealers will install padded trim, free of charge. The recall began June 20, 2019. Owners may contact Supreme customer service at 1-844-352-4921.

Defect: Supreme Corporation (Supreme) is recalling certain 2003-2018 Supreme Signature Van, Iner-City, Kold King, and Service Body trucks, equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button 'Pindicator' Fire Extinguishers. These extinguishers may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or requiring excessive force to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with...

Consequence: In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.
