TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SUBARU LEGACY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN MAKING A HUMMING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND WAS DIAGNOSED AS A REAR WHEEL BEARING FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,785 AND THE APPROXIMATE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 60,800.
