Defect: Shyft Group is recalling certain 2020-2022 Spartan RV Chassis K3 and K4 recreational vehicles. A machining defect may cause pressure to build in the power steering pump and break the shaft seal, resulting in a loss of power steering assist.
Consequence: A loss of power steering assist increases the risk of a crash.

Defect: Shyft Group is recalling certain 2018-2022 K1, K2, K3, and K4 Spartan RV Chassis. The instrument cluster may intermittently go blank while the vehicle is in motion.
Consequence: A blank instrument cluster display may be missing critical information such as the vehicle's speed and warning lights, which can increase the risk of a crash.
