THE LEAK APPEARED TO BE IN THE SAME LOCATION AS THE FATIGUE CRACK REFERENCED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 08E032000 (EQUIPMENT). HE LATER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THIS FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS TO THE BURNER HOUSING UNTIL OTHER REPAIRS WERE MADE. THE PURCHASE DATE AND PART NUMBER WERE UNKNOWN.
