Defect: THE FURNACES WERE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. A 1 1/4" MINIMUM OVERLAP BETWEEN THE CHAMBER EXHAUST TUBE AND THE VENT ASSEMBLY EXHAUST IS NEEDED FOR PROPER EXHAUST.
Consequence: THIS CONDITION CAN LEAD TO CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE FURNACE VENT ASSEMBLY.

Defect: VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: RECREATIONAL VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH DEXTER AXLES. THE WHEEL BEARINGS USED IN SOME OF THESE AXLES HAVE A METALLURGICAL DEFECT CAUSING EARLY FAILURE.
Consequence: A WHEEL BEARING FAILURE COULD RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THE WHEEL END FROM THE AXLE INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.
Remedy: DEXTER AXLE IS CONDUCTING THE NOTIFICATION AND REMEDY FOR THIS RECALL. DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE AXLES AND REPLACE THE WHEEL BEARINGS IF NECESSARY.
