2007 SATURN OUTLOOK, CONSUMER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF REJECTION. * BF THE SUNROOF LEAKED, THE REAR WIPER WAS BROKEN AND THE FRONT PASSENGER AIR BAG DID NOT ACTIVATE. THE DRIVER'S SEAT BELT WAS IMPROPERLY ALIGNED FROM A PREVIOUS REPAIR AND THE FRONT WIPERS FAILED. LAST MONTH, THE POWER STEERING FUNCTION WAS SEVERELY COMPROMISED WHILE DRIVING THROUGH A HEAVY RAINSTORM. THE POWER STEERING WAS PROVIDING INCONSISTENT FEEDBACK WHICH APPEARED TO BE CAUSED BY A SLIPPING BELT TO THE POWER STEERING PUMP. *JB
