TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SATURN AURA. SHE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE BRAND NEW IN MAY OF 2007. THE FOLLOWING YEAR SHE HEARD A NOISE UNDER THE HOOD. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THE NOISE AND THE DEALER LUBRICATED THE STEERING COLUMN SEVERAL TIMES; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE WAS NOT CORRECTED. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO REPLACE THE STEERING COLUMN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 85,000. THE DEALER WILL REPLACE THE POWER STEERING COLUMN.
