THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KAHLO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (9900 PLEASANT ST, NOBLESVILLE, IN 46060, (317) 773-6363) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IT WAS DESIGNED THAT WAY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND AGREED WITH THE DEALER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 400.
