Lights flash, air bag flashes, seat belt flashes, vehicle startles to start, the electrical system is completely torn apart, the diesel fuel system is not functioning and running properly due to a missing filter, the transmission is a stalling when accelerating, vehicle barely stops, incomplete inspection was not performed, the commercial insurance on the vehicle is expired, registration expired, poses a huge risk to all motorists on the road, vehicle travels all over the United States from Indiana, to Kentucky, to Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, where it was manufactured [XXX] with FCA US LLC as an incomplete vehicle, from Mexico.
