The contact owns a 2011 Porsche Panamera 4S. The contact stated that while driving at 45 MPH, the vehicle shut off as an unknown brake warning message appeared on the instrument panel. The contact had the vehicle towed to a dealer where the contact was informed that a bolt had fallen out of the engine. The vehicle was diagnosed with engine failure and the contact was given an estimate for repair. The contact attempted to reach the manufacturer on two occasions and on both attempts, the call was dropped. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. GAUDIN PORSCHE OF LAS VEGAS (6800 REDWOOD ST, LAS VEGAS, NV 89118, (702) 383-6800) INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE PART WAS AVAILABLE, BUT THERE WAS A BULLETIN TO NOT REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT. *TT
