THE STEERING COLUMN LOCKED UP WHICH CAUSED THE CONSUMER TO STRIKE A GUARD RAIL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED HOME AND IS NOW IN HER GARAGE. A RECALL WAS RECEIVED TWO DAYS LATER FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. *JB
