The contact stated that the inner padding and Styrofoam were fractured after the fall. There was a strip of tape two inches near the ear securing the helmet. There was no damage on the keypad. The helmet struck the pavement at approximately 6 miles per hour. The contact expressed concerns that the helmet was defective and unsafe to use, which could cause the owner to die in a crash.
