Defect: BATTERY BOX COVER MOUNTING BRACKET FAILURE COULD ALLOW COVER TO COME LOOSE.
Consequence: COVER COULD DETACH FROM TRUCK AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: REPAIR MOUNTING BRACKET WELD IN A MANNER TO PREVENT FAILURE.
