Defect: DUE TO AN INCORRECT CAB SUPPORT LEG, THROTTLE ROD WHEN SEPARATED, COULD CAUSE THROTTLE LINKAGE TO LOCK IN THE FULL THROTTLE POSITION.

Consequence: IF THROTTLE LOCKED IN FULL THROTTLE POSITION WHILE THETRUCK IS MOVING, LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.

Remedy: INSTALL A RESTRICTOR PLATE TO THE CAB LEG.
