Remedy: CORRECTLY LOCATE THROTTLE RETURN SPRINGS.

Consequence: THIS INTERFERENCE COULD RESULT IN THE LOSS OF STEERINGCONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: RETIGHTEN OR REPLACE MOUNTING BOLTS.
