THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRES WERE REPLACED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.

THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE TRAILER SPECIFICATIONS STATED THAT THE TRAILER COULD HAUL UP TO 2,000 POUNDS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THE TRAILER WAS DEFECTIVE SINCE THE FLOOR WAS ONLY RATED TO ACTUALLY WITHSTAND 200 POUNDS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR EXPENSES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 200.
