Defect: Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh Defense) is recalling certain 2025-2026 NGDV vehicles. The mounting pin and retaining clip that retain the brake actuator rod to the brake pedal may not have been installed.
Consequence: An unsecured brake pedal can separate from the actuator, causing a loss of braking ability and increase the risk of a crash.

Defect: Oshkosh Corporation (Oshkosh Defense) is recalling certain 2025 NGDV delivery vehicles. The air bag warning label on the sun visor may detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."
Consequence: A missing label cannot warn occupants about the risks of air bag deployment, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."
Consequence: A blank rearview camera display can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
