AFTER DIAGNOSIS THEY ADVISED HIM THAT THE FRAME WAS MODIFIED AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. *TR
