THE WIRING HARNESS IN OUR 2000, OLDSMOBILE BRAVADA CAUGHT FIRE. IT APPEARS AS THOUGH IT CHFED THROUGH AND SHORTED. THE CHAFING OCCURRED WHERE THE HARNESS WAS BENT OVER THE A/C RETURN (?). IT APPEARS TO BE A DESIGN FLAW. VEHICLE WAS TOWED AND IS BACK WITH DEALER WHERE WE PURCHASED.

WIRE WHICH GOES TO FUSE GOT PINCHED TOGETHER, CAUSING IT TO RUB AGAINSTAND WEAR OUT, CAUSING A SHORT TO THE FUSE WHICH RESULTED IN VEHICLE STALLING UNEXPECTEDLY. VEHICLE WAS UNABLE TO RESTART. HAPPENED 2 TIMES. THE FIRST TIME DEALER REROUTTED THE WIRE AND CHANGE FUSE, BUT THE PROBLEM REOCCURRED. THE FUSE NEED TO BE CHANGE AGAIN. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION.*AK
