TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 NISSAN ROUGE. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE REAR DOOR FAILED TO LOCK AND CAUSED THE DOOR TO OPEN WHILE DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE REAR DOOR AUXILLARY NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
